Report College organized online one week Faculty Development Programme on the topic “BLENDED LEARNING - Concepts and Tools” from 05 December to 11 December 2022 in collaboration with Teaching learning center, Ramanujan College, New Delhi. In this FDP, following themes were discussed: • Blended Learning: Definitions, Challenges and Effectiveness. • Designing a Blended Learning Course. • ICT tools aiding in the Blended learning process • Teacher student relationship /role in Blended learning. Day Wise Schedule of FDP Day - 1 : (i) Topic : Teaching Learning Methods / Models Speaker : Dr. Nikhil Kumar Rajput (ii)Topic : The science behind the art of presenting Speaker : Dr. Deepakshi Sharma Day – 2 : Topic : Blended Learning Speaker : Dr. Harpreet Bhatia Day – 3 : Topic : Bloom’s Taxonomy Speaker : Dr. Harpreet Bhatia Day – 4 : Topic : Developing E-Content Speaker : Ms Bhavya Ahuja Grover Day – 5 : Topic : Outcome based Education and Curriculum Design Speaker : Dr. Vikas Nath Day – 6 : Topic : Role of Teacher’s in Blended Learning Environment Speaker : Ms. Sheetal Singh Day – 7 : Topic : Assessment Day and Final Quiz There was a Quiz every day and a final quiz in the last day. There were 4 Assignments. Attempting and submitting all the quizzes and assignments was mandatory for all participants. Participant who scored at least 50% aggregated was eligible for E- Certificate of completion. All the participant, who had enrolled from Vivekanand Mahavidyalaya, Raipur, completed FDP successfully and got E- Certificate of completion with grade A+ and A.
