V-FIESTA 2022-23 (Food Fiesta )

On the fourth day of V fiesta Vivekanand Mahavidyalaya conducted food fiesta at college premises. The event was a great success in terms of wide variety of food items and creative decoration of stalls from each class. There were around 15 stalls consisting of gupchup, bhel puri, noodles,nadda bhel, paneer chilly, katori chaat, sandwiches, idli, appe etc. In desserts there were khajoor kheer, cup cakes, donuts etc.The finishing work was done by poha and tea. Students participated and enjoyed along with staff. Food preparations were done hygienically and the event was conducted in a well disciplined manner. Cleanliness was very well maintained by all. It was a fine learning experience for the student organizers to acquire entrepreneurial skills. This helped the students to learn teamwork, collaboration, and creativity. The idea behind the competition was to teach students to be good entrepreneurs in the future. It was a maiden effort by cultural committee which proved to be a great success.
